Born & raised in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, Mrs. Obeya counts places like Oron, Albany, NY, Brooklyn, NY, and New Jersey as her home for more than two decades.

She earned her Associates, Bachelor's and Master's Degree's in Nursing Infomatics from Excelsior College in Albany, New York.

It is her passion to educate and share both her experience and knowledge with those who need it most, searching for some answers and help dealing with stress, social anxiety and all aspects of self-help, personal growth and health management.
